1. We can print or embroider the logo, you can send your logo first, we can accept almost any type of format, as long as the logo is clear enough.
2. After getting the logo, we can immediately make a picture for you to confirm the design.
3. The price of the product usually includes a custom logo. Additional customization costs are required if two or more logos are to be placed. Contact the seller in advance to confirm the price.
4. Not all logos are suitable for embroidery, some logos are difficult to embroider and require additional customization fees, so please contact us for consultation first. Customization takes about 3-5 days.
5. For custom hats, please communicate with customer service in advance, and send the LOGO, text, patterns, etc. that need to be customized to customer service. If you do not contact customer service or reply within 3 days, we will buy uncustomized solid color hats by default. Thank you for your understanding!
